In 2023-2024, Howard Jang, Executive and Artistic Director of ArtSpring, partnered with Stina Brown to tackle leadership and organizational challenges. Together, we developed ArtSpring’s first strategic plan since the pandemic and provided ongoing leadership coaching. ArtSpring, a leading arts organization, emerged from the pandemic needing direction and cohesion. Without a current strategic plan, its Board, staff, and executive director lacked a unified roadmap.
